The socio-economic impact of EU's lead ban, a coming disaster for hunters and sport shooters: the costs related to the modification and replacement of millions of firearms could reach €14.5 billion, and the economic loss to EU 27 because of the ceased and reduced hunting activity would be at least €5.7 billion.
