Paganini S.r.l. showcased the Remington 700 Long Range bolt-action rifle at the 2016 HIT Show
The Remington 700 Long Range rifle is one of the latest dedicated takes on Remington's most quintessential bolt-action rifle designs

The Remington 700 Long Range .300 Winchester Magnum bolt-action rifle − conceived for hunting purposes as well as for long-range sport shooting and professional applications − was one of the stars of the 2016 edition of the HIT Show at the stand of its Italian importer, the Paganini company.

An evolved variant of the SPS Varmint model, the Remington 700 Long Range bolt-action rifle is built around a polymer-made, Kevlar-reinforced Bell & Calrson M40 stock offering an extremely stable pillar bedding. Its frame is drilled and tapped for the installation of optics mount, while the internal magazine − holding up to three rounds of .300 Winchester Magnum ammunition, plus one in chamber − sports a hinged base for quick unloading.

Other features of the Remington 700 Long Range bolt-action rifle are the classic Remington bolt design with two solid locking lugs; an X-Mark Pro externally-adjustable trigger, offering a minimum pull weight of 600 grams; and a button-rifled, 66 centimetres long, 416 steel barrel with a 1:10" rifling pitch; and an overall weight of 4,22 kilograms.
