Pedersoli Hunter Light is a lever action carbine derived from the successful 86/71 with octagonal barrel. The pmg quality round barrel and the reduced size of the tubular magazine give to this lever action rifle a modern, slim line, reducing the weight to only 3,5 kilos (7.11lbs). Barrel is 22 inches long (559 mm).
Available in the classic .45/70 caliber and also in the more modern .444 Marlin caliber, this version is equipped with a mechanical safety at the hammer and is fit for wild hog and other european and american big game.
The frame is forged steel, ready to fit a creedmoor sight to its left side; all internal parts are accurately cnc machined in order to ensure a sleek lever movemet. The stock is made of american walnut, equipped with swivel stud and features a microcell rubber butt plate that helps taming the felt recoil.
Magazine holds 3 round + one in cartridge chamber. The idea behind tis rifle is to offer to passionate hunter a powerful yet lightweigh firearm, that can be easily carried afield. Weight of Pedersoli Light Hunter is 7,11 Lbs.
