Founded in 2020 in Dallas, Texas, Rost Martin is one of the youngest firearms manufacturers in the United States. It does not quite reach the refinement of some platforms developed specifically for competitive shooting, but its performance is entirely convincing for defensive and duty use.

For shooters looking for greater capacity and additional features, the RM1F Tactical comes with 17- and 24-round magazines, a threaded barrel for mounting accessories, and suppressor-height sights.

Naturally, such a young brand has yet to develop an aftermarket ecosystem comparable to those surrounding established platforms from Glock, SIG Sauer or Springfield Armory. For a manufacturer this new, however, that is hardly surprising, and the situation will likely improve as the RM1 family becomes more widely adopted.
