Ruger American rifle: new variants

The Ruger American Rifle has been a top-selling hunting and sporting bolt-action platform in the United States and elsewhere for years, now. New for 2016 from Ruger are two new variants of the American Rifle.

The Ruger American Rifle Magnum is a variant of the baseline design sporting a chromed stainless steel frame, action, and threaded barrel, feeding through detachable magazines and chambered for two popular hunting Magnum calibers: 7mm Remington Magnum and .300 Winchester Magnum.

Plus, the baseline Ruger American Rifle is now also available in a scoped combo featuring the popular Vortex Crossfire II riflescope; clear, tough and bright, The Vortex Crossfire II is built to exceed the performance standards of similarly priced riflescopes. Long eye relief, a fast-focus eyepiece, fully multi-coated lenses and improved, resettable MOA turrets are hallmarks of this model.
