Both the Czech mixed martial arts athlete and former world light heavyweight champion Jiri Prochazka and the exceptional French IPSC shooter and nine-time IPSC world champion Eric Grauffel are among the absolute top athletes in their disciplines. Both have achieved the top positions in their respective disciplines not least thanks to their abilities in terms of concentration, mental and physical resilience as well as intensive training and iron discipline. CZ believes that all firearms users should also have these skills, such as members of the armed forces, law enforcement and security forces, sport shooters and anyone else who legally carries their guns for personal protection or during their work. The CZ campaign, entitled "Respect the Power & Master the Skill" therefore emphasises the importance of a disciplined approach to firearms ownership and use, combining respect with the practical skills necessary for safe handling and regular training.

During his preparation for UFC 311, in which Jiri Prochazka prevailed against his US opponent Jamahal Hill on 18 January 2025, Prochazka also visited the professional sport shooting center EG-CZ Academy in Quimper, France. There, the enthusiastic amateur shooter trained intensively with nine-time IPSC world champion and shooting coach Eric Grauffel. In addition to his shooting skills, he was also able to hone skills that benefit his MMA career. This was not the Czech's first experience with firearms, as shooting has been a hobby of his for several years and is an integral part of his training regimen.

“Every shooter should strive to be at least half as focused, confident, and disciplined as Jiri. It was incredible to see how his inner mindset translates into his shooting skills. The ideal responsible firearm owner combines the right mental approach with practical expertise,” said top shooter and shooting instructor Grauffel after the training session with Prochazka.
“Respect and responsibility have been central to my fighting career and my entire life. That’s why I enjoy recreational shooting, where these qualities are crucial. I often shoot CZ sport pistols, so I’m thrilled to bring something of myself – respect, focus, and both mental and physical resilience – to this project,” added MMA champion Prochazka.
