The GO Wild sub-family features an attractive camo finish and already includes several calibers. The new Ruger American Rifle GO Wild model in 7mm PRC weighs just over 7 lb/3,200 g and sports a nice Burnt Bronze Cerakote finish that is just as aesthetically pleasing as it is effective in protecting the metal parts. The 24”/61 cm barrel is cold hammer-forged, and Ruger's factory-installed radial port muzzle brake makes this high-performance rifle comfortable to shoot. Besides a crisp release, the Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger comes with a pull weight that is user-adjustable between 3 and 5 pounds, while the one-piece, three-lug bolt with 70° throw provides ample scope clearance and utilizes a full diameter bolt body and dual cocking cams for smooth, easy cycling from the shoulder. Safety is a classic tang type.
