Bushnell Match Pro ED 15x56, new binoculars with MRAD reticle

Already announced a few months ago at the SHOT Show, the new Bushnell Match Pro ED 15X56 binoculars are available on the U.S. market. With a magnesium chassis with open bridge design, “the Match Pro ED 15x56 is the purpose-built tool every precision shooter needs – A high-magnification binocular with a reticle,” they claim. The Match Pro ED 15x56 is actually based on the revered Forge 15x56 with Abbe-Koenig prisms and ED Prime glass. To this, Bushnell added a first-of-its-kind MRAD reticle that rotates – the Shot-Call MRAD reticle. The inside 3 MRAD is a 2/10 style grid, while the outside 3 to 20 MRAD of the stadia give data every .5 MRAD. Moreover, thanks to the rotating reticle adjustment you'll always have a level reticle no matter the interpapillary adjustment or the terrain.

Some of the most interesting features of the Bushnell Match Pro ED 15x56.

How does the rotating Shot-Call reticle work? Here is an explanation: “As you adjust binocular barrel distance the angle at the hinge changes. If your reticle is fixed, it’ll only be level at one setting. This is impractical; a level reticle is a must-have. The Match Pro ED 15x56 fixes this. Not only can you have the binocular adjusted to your eyes and level on any terrain, but you can also level the reticle plumb for perfect spotting.”

Bushnell's exclusive BridgeSet IPD stabilizer keeps your interpupillary distance from changing out in the field, prevents unauthorized adjustment, and also makes it easy to return to your setting quickly after storage.

The new binoculars  feature dual adjustable diopters, so you can have both barrels perfectly focused as well as the Shot-Call reticle sharp.

The Match Pro ED 15x56 binoculars also come with Bushnell's exclusive BridgeSet IPD stabilizer, so you can have a barrel angle stop that keeps your interpupillary distance from changing out in the field.

The stabilizer prevents unauthorized adjustment and also makes it easy to return to your setting quickly after storage. Aptly, the manufacturer describes the BridgeSet like a zero stop for your binoculars. It can be simply attached via the front or rear bridge 1/4-20 threads. You can mount a tripod adapter to either the front or rear bridges based on your preference, too.

Precision ground ED Prime glass is fully multi-coated and features Bushnell's Ultrawideband Coating for increased light transmission, color, and contrast while also reducing unwanted flaring.

The optic is  IPX5 rated ingress protection with dry N2 Fog-Proof Purge. MSRP in the U.S. for the new Bushnell Match Pro ED 15x56 binoculars is $699.99.
