For this episode dedicated to Beretta outfits, we will ideally move to Sweden, for a hunting trip through forests, ponds and wide open spaces whipped by the wind. Hunting in such environments requires clothing that combines thermal insulation with comfort and silence.
Beretta Matajur Windblock hunting jacket

The Matajur Windblock hunting jacket is designed for outdoor stalking where being completely silent is a priority. This garment is extremely wind and water resistant, thanks to the BWR (Beretta Wind Resistant) membrane, which is also breathable. The outer material is a silent and stretchy gauzed polyester with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment. The Matajur jacket has YKK ventilation zips under the arms to prevent overheating and ensure breathability, and specific radio and GPS pockets with antenna holes. The jacket is available in green moss, brown bark, Realtree Edge camo with high-visibility inserts, and Realtree AP Hd high-visibility orange certified to EN 17353: 2020. The price of the Matajur Windblock jacket is 269 euros. Underneath the jacket it is recommended to wear another cold-proof garment, the Smartech EVO fleece jacket made of Polartec Power Stretch fabric, an optimal material that offers thermoregulation, breathability and quick drying. Side inserts with ceramic print increase the fleece's durability. The front zip and those of the side and front pockets are YKK. On the left sleeve we find the rubber Beretta logo. The Smartech EVO fleece is suitable for temperatures from 0 °C to 10 °C, has a regular fit and comes in sizes S to 4XL. The Smartech EVO fleece can be chosen in three colours: green moss, brown bark and ebony and has a list price of 175 euro. Our hunter's head is protected by the Polar beanie, which is available in several colours.
Let us now turn to the jacket worn by our huntress: it is a Juniper jacket, designed for outdoor stalking where it is necessary to be completely silent and keep dry. The jacket is waterproof and breathable and is distinguished by its removable, preformed "Easy Movement" hood that guarantees an unobstructed field of vision. Features include:
- Soft microfibre collar lining
- SBS zip fastener and press studs with storm flap
- Radio pocket with antenna hole
- Large SBS-zip front pockets
- Underarm ventilation opening with SBS zip
- Single-opening rear game pocket with SBS zip

The jacket is waterproof and breathable thanks to the BWB (Beretta Waterproof Breathable) EVO membrane. The outer material is a silent and stretchy polyester gauze with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment.
SBS ventilation zips under the arms prevent overheating and guarantee breathability. Stretch panles on the back provide maximum freedom of movement.
The jacket is available in an EN 17353:2020-certified Realtree AP HD high-visibility orange camo version. The other colours are green moss (like the garment worn by the model) and brown bark. The Juniper jacket is worn over the thermal Halifax Sherpa fleece jacket, naturally in the women's version, made of 300g/sqm fleece with abrasion-resistant polyamide inserts on the chest, shoulders and elbows. The Halifax Sherpa jacket guarantees optimal thermoregulation, breathability and quick drying and can also be worn as a main garment. The side pockets have a zip fastening, while on the chest there is a radio pocket with antenna hole. The Halifax Sherpa in women's version is available in sizes Small to 3XL and the colours are green moss, brown bark and ebony. The price is 159 euro. To protect her head from the sharp northern air, our huntress wears the unisex Shore beanie made of knitted Polylana fibre and acrylic.
The Polylana fibre, with the use of a recycled component, guarantees maximum softness while reducing the environmental impact during production. The price of the Shore beanie is 30 euros.
