Day 3 of EnforceTac 2025 in Nuremberg: All the latest innovations from the leading security trade fair for the military and law enforcement

The Enforce Tac Village, which was integrated into the trade fair for the first time last year, was so well received by exhibitors and visitors that the trade fair management decided to offer it again this year. Just as the overall exhibition area has grown compared to the previous year, the Enforce Tac Village 2025 has also been updated in this sense and moved from a small outdoor area to the large Hall 8. There, numerous exhibitors once again took the opportunity to have their products impressively presented by professional actors in realistic deployment scenarios. And this time it was completely independent of the weather, so that the many spectators in the grandstand were able to enjoy everything in the dry.

In addition to the many trade visitors, we also discovered one or two new or unusual products. In addition to the official highlights, we were particularly interested in firearms, equipment and accessories that will also be available to sport shooters and hunters on the civilian market.

You can find even more such products, such as new optics and new products from the ammunition sector, in our reports on Day 1 and Day 2 of Enforce Tac 2025, which you will find linked at the end of this article.

Enforce Tac 2025: CZ launches the new Bren 3 assault rifle in various configurations and with improved details

At the CZ booth, we discovered the latest version of the Bren 3 assault rifle. The standard version in 5.56x45mm NATO with ambidextrous controls has a 14.5 inch long, cold hammer-forged and chrome-lined barrel, which promises a particularly long service life. Other chamberings such as .300 AAC Blackout and various barrel lengths are also possible. The main new feature is that, unlike its predecessor, the receiver and handguard have been separated from each other, meaning that handguards of different lengths with M-LOK interfaces can be fitted. The length of the folding stock can now be adjusted in four positions instead of the previous three. All in all, the CZ Bren 3 is somewhat lighter than its predecessor and can be easily brough to the firing position. Further information on the Bren 3 can be found on the CZ website.

Enforce Tac 2025: Springfield Armory HS Hellion – A bullpup rifle with maximum manoeuvrability

Springfield Armory HS Hellion – A bullpup rifle with maximum manoeuvrability.

At the Enforce Tac 2025, Ferkinghoff International showed us the Springfield Armory HS Hellion, a semi-automatic bullpup rifle in .223 Remington with a compact design thanks to the magazine positioned behind the trigger. The HS Hellion is equipped with a cold hammer-forged 16-inch barrel with 1:7-inch twist for optimum precision. Particularly user-friendly is not only the fully ambidextrous design with ambidextrous charging handles and safeties, but also the option of converting the Springfield Armory HS Hellion for left-handed shooters without tools. The standard equipment also includes flip-up sights and a continuous Picatinny rail for optics mounting. The combination of bullpup design and modern features makes the HS Hellion a versatile rifle that is suitable for dynamic shooting disciplines as well as hunting, for example in dense woodland, where allowed by law. You can see the special handling of the Springfield Armory HS Hellion in our video directly from the Ferkinghoff booth at Enforce Tac 2025. Further information on the rifle can be found on the manufacturer's website.

Enforce Tac 2025: The 12-gauge strikes back: Norma AD-LER and Centanex Breacher ammunition

The 12-gauge is far from going out of fashion in the professional arena. On the contrary, changing combat conditions have made it fashionable again thanks to its short-range versatility. At the Beretta Defense booth, we were able to take a close look at two special cartridges for 12-ga shotguns. The first is manufactured by Centanex, a British company that specializes in grenades and smoke grenades for professional use. It is called 12 Breacher and is a slug round offered in three different variants that allow you to effectively and safely breach doors of all types, from residential to metal security doors. The Centanex Breacher cartridge guarantees perfect operation with both pump-action and semi-automatic shotguns. The second cartridge, on the other hand, is made by Norma, a historical brand in the industry, that has presented its AD-LER, or Anti-Drone Long Effective Range, designed to shoot down drones even at long distances. Its use is recommended in the Benelli M4 A.I. Drone Guardian anti-drone shotgun, but it can also be used other shotgun proofed at a pressure of at least 1320 bar. The 70-mm long case contains a load of number 6 tungsten pellets weighing 34 grams that leave the muzzle at a velocity of 405 meters per second. The pellet swarm is effective up to the distance of 100 meters even on drones with carbon fiber housings.

Enforce Tac 2025: Laser Ammo CQB in a Box, GunShot Box and Flashbang – Systems for safe dry-fire training

Laser Ammo once again presented innovative solutions for dry-fire training for professional users at Enforce Tac 2025. This time, our visit to the trade fair booth focussed on the CQB in a Box and GunShot Box systems, including a new Laser Ammo Flashbang. As the name suggests, the Laser Ammo CQB is a training device for Close Quarter Combat, consisting of three portable, life-size, reactive targets with three hit zones: head, torso and pelvic girdle area. The GunShot Box, on the other hand, produces realistic shooting noises, lights and concussions to simulate training under adrenaline-fuelled conditions. The new Laser Ammo Flashbang, an electronic flashbang grenade, can also communicate with the GunShot Box, creating a realistic training experience through flashes and sounds. By combining these systems, Laser Ammo offers a broad-based solution for dry-fire training that is suitable for both individual shooters and teams. To see the equipment in action, watch our video and visit the Laser Ammo website for more information.

Steyr Arms DMR 762 - Designated Marksman Rifle, developed for the professional user.

With the DMR 762, the Austrian manufacturer Steyr Arms offers a high-precision Designated Marksman Rifle, designed for the professional user. The rifle is available with either a 13“ barrel or a 16” barrel. A special feature of the semi-automatic Steyr DMR 762 is the charging handle, which is located in the forearm area of the gun. This can also be moved without any problems and thus accommodates left-handed shooters. Finally, the rifle does not have a buffer tube. This means that the buttstock can be folded down while the DMR 762 remains usable.

Enforce Tac 2025: Beretta NARP and Grayburn Project

Showcased at BDT's booth was the Beretta NARP assault rifle that is participating in the Grayburn program, which involves the complete replacement of the British Armed Forces' individual service weapon. The New Assault Rifle Platform (NARP) is a project involving about 200,000 assault rifles to be distributed among the Army, Navy and Air Force. The Beretta NARP has undergone adoption testing, which is already at an advanced stage, and the final details of what will be its final version need to be worked out. At the BDT booth we met Jack Cadman of BDT UK who gave us a detailed interview.
