With the 25 WBY RPM (Rebated Precision Magnum) Weatherby drops a new cartridge specifically designed for today’s long, high BC .25 caliber bullets and for easy reloading, allowing shooters to seat modern projectiles without sacrificing valuable powder capacity – a “Reloader's Dream”, according to the manufacturer's claim. Balance of speed, power, and action compatibility are the highlights.

Featuring an efficient case geometry with 35° shoulder for a modern case shape, 40% more case capacity than 25 Creedmoor and 72.5 gr H₂O capacity, as its name already says the new 25 WBY RPM is a rebated rim cartridge using a suggested fast 1:7.5" twist to stabilize a wide range of light to heavy bullets, ranging from 107 to 133 grains.

Other specs: 3.34”/84.83 mm maximum overall length (2.40”/60.96 mm case length), with 0.262"/6.65 mm neck length and 0.940”/23.87 mm of seating room to easily accommodates sleek bullet profiles while still delivering high velocity and energy even at extended ranges.
The 25 WBY RPM chambering is offered in the Weatherby Model 307 two-lug and Mark V 6-lug standard long action rifles, both available in several model variants.
The streamlined Mark V 6-lug standard action rifles are optimized for modern, high-BC bullets like the 25 WBY RPM while being light to carry and handy.
The 307 action is the most recent and the first all-new Weatherby centerfire action in over 50 years when introduced in 2023.
With its two lugs, it is a platform designed to accept a wide range of aftermarket components.
