From SIG Sauer, new ZULU6 Image Stabilized Binoculars: “Stability equals clarity”

From SIG Sauer Electro-Optics, the new ZULU6 Image Stabilized Binoculars are the latest addition to the ZULU series of binoculars. The patented Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) technology which utilizes an electronically stabilized 2-axis gimbal system to cancel out vibration caused by buffeting wind, chop and waves on the water, washboard ranch roads, heartbeat, heavy breathing and shaking, is the most interesting feature of the new models. 

Thanks to this technology, the binoculars provide the clarity of a mounted spotting scope in a handheld, portable package. Based on a Schmidt-Pechan prism type, the ZULU6 Image Stabilized Binoculars also feature PECTRACOAT, LENSHIELD, and LENSARMOR coatings, MOTAC (motion activated illumination), an IPX4 waterproof rating for use in wet weather environments, and are available in 10x30mm and 16x42mm magnification.

The SIG Sauer Electro-Optics ZULU6 Image Stabilizing Binoculars are already available in retail stores and at sigsauer.com. The manufacturer's suggested retail prices are $799.99 for the ZULU6 10x30 mm Binocular, and $899.99 for the 16x42 mm version.
