The gun comes with two magazines made in transparent synthetic material and with a capacity of 20 cartridges. The magazines are double-column and it is very easy to charge them
Giuliano Cristofani
The foldable stock on the right side: its form doesn’t interfere with the expulsion of the cartridge case and it allows us to use the gun nonetheless
Giuliano Cristofani
The stock can be removed, transforming the weapon into a larger pistol that is easier to hide

The right side of EVO: from the left you can see a safety lever in two positions, the trigger, the magazine release button and dissembling pivot. You can notice a sign honoring the Slovakian designer
Giuliano Cristofani
The prismatic bolt extracted from the upper frame. It is very traditional and only a small portion of it goes beyond the barrel
Giuliano Cristofani
The left side of CZ EVO: notice the captivated pin which enables the dissembling, next to the metallic ring of sling
Giuliano Cristofani
The anterior side of the bolt: it is really well done. We don’t understand the purpose of the visible whole on the right side of the base cavity
Giuliano Cristofani
The safety lever on the two positions is ambidextrous: depending on the way you hold the gun; one lever can touch the index finger and be bothersome
Giuliano Cristofani
On the long Picatinny rail located on the upper side of EVO you can find LPA constructed aiming devices: rear sight works both ways
Giuliano Cristofani
The front sight is protected by big metal wings and it can be adjusted for elevation
Giuliano Cristofani
The eyelet for the back of the strap hook and the collapsible stock adjusting button
Giuliano Cristofani
The charging handle: it holds the slide open and it enables the dissembling of the gun
Giuliano Cristofani
Once you remove the dissembling pivot, you can remove the lower block which contains all the controls
Giuliano Cristofani
On the right, recoil spring - captivated type with a buffer, on the left, the internal hammer, located in the lower block
Giuliano Cristofani
The flash hidder is easily removable. CZ EVO has various Picatinny rails.
Giuliano Cristofani
CZ Evo has an automatic firing pin safety: if you press the trigger it will come up and the firing pin is free to reach the primer of the cartridge under the hammer strike
Giuliano Cristofani
The bolt was adapted in order to carry 9x21 instead of the dangerous 9x19 cartridge
Giuliano Cristofani
A large metallic plate is used as a strap sling hook
Giuliano Cristofani
The charging handle, which remains still during the shooting, is easily reversible: all you need to do is to move the pivot a little forwards in order to fix it on the other side
Giuliano Cristofani
The lower receiver pole is a part of the many Picatinny rails. Note the numerous small bolts that fix the two shells creating the frame of EVO
