F.A.I.R. Carrera V, a 12-ga over-and-under designed for Sporting

The F.A.I.R. Carrera V over-and-under is a solid gun, made to guarantee sport or professional use for Sporting shooters, with a receiver machined from solid steel billets and barrels equipped with X-Cones long forcing cones for better ballistic performance with faster and more compact patterns at medium and long ranges and lower felt recoil.

Chamber is 3"/76 mm Magnum and the available barrel lengths are the classic ones for Sporting use, 30 and 32 inches (76 and 81 cm). The shotgun is equipped with a set of five internal and interchangeable Technichoke XP 70 70-mm chokes in chrome-plated steel. For better barrel cooling, the shotgun features side and upper 11-mm ventilated ribs. The trigger is single selective and cartridge case ejection is automatic thanks to large internal ejectors.

The stock of the F.A.I.R. Carrera V over-and-under has an adjustable cheekpiece and a fairly wide pistol grip to allow shooters of different builds and hand sizes to find the right shooting position. The recoil pad is made of ventilated rubber to absorb the effects of felt recoil on the shoulder. The fore-end is round and has an ergonomic design for a firm grip along its entire length when aiming. The wood used is select European walnut and oil-finished. The blued receiver is embellished by gold engravings that make the sporting character of the over-and-under immediately recognisable. The weight of the F.A.I.R. Carrera V is 3.6 kg, standard for a gun designed for the Sporting discipline.

The Carrera V over-and-under, like the other F.A.I.R. models, is distributed by the American distributor (IFG-NA https://italianfirearmsgroup.com/ ).
