Diamondback Firearms presents 9mm and .357 Magnum SDR revolvers

The entire SDR revolver family has a six-round capacity cylinder whose side release is controlled by a large knurled button that is easy to operate even under stressful conditions. This enables faster loading and ejection of cartridge cases. SDR revolvers are equipped as standard with a fixed front sight with orange fiber optic insert, a dovetail-mounted rear sight (therefore adjustable sideways) with green fiber optic inserts. The revolver yoke and ejector rod are part of a single sub-assembly for maximum reliability. Both the barrel and frame of the SDR revolver are made of stainless steel. Both SDR models come standard with Hogue rubber grips for improved shootability. The 9mm SDR accepts the proprietary moon clips. Diamondback has partnered with TK Custom and the gun comes with three TK Custom moon clips included.

The SDR was designed specifically for concealed carry, with users who want maximum firepower in the reliable revolver platform in mind. Diamondback has used its decades of manufacturing experience to create the perfect revolver for the personal defence market.

“The snub nosed SDR has been a huge success, and we have had a lot of customer feedback asking for a 3-inch barrel and a 9mm version,” says Grant Hoskins, Marketing Manager for Diamondback America. "This year, we are working hard to expand our product line and bring new designs to the market. The 3-inch SDR and the 9mm SDR are the latest products in the Diamondback lineup and help expand our product offerings into new areas."

With an inexpensive list price of $837 for the .357 Magnum version with a 3-inch barrel and $821 for the 9mm version, the SDR Diamondback revolvers are sure to be a viable alternative for those who do not want to give up the proverbial reliability of the wheelgun.
