CRKT Tactical Pen

CRKT Tactical Pen
With the CRKT Elishewitz Tao Titanium Pen comes this deluxe presentation molded nylon storage case

A former Recon Marine with decades long martial arts training, and an immersion into the Far Eastern cultures helped custom knifemaker Allen Elishewitz to design the Tao Ti (Titanium) tactical pen. It is a clean, futuristic interpretation of one of mankindʼs basic tools, much the same as Allen does with his many successful knife designs. The tactical pen is a high-tech writing instruments that can be used as self-defense enforcers if need be. Made of precision-machined, super tough  titanium, it offer lasting durability and toughness.

The heavy cap is threaded so that it will not pull off in use, and is castellated for greater impact. The  grooves and body tapers on the pen, combined with the pewter-toned stainless steel pocket clip, provide a secure grip. With some basic instruction or knowledge, one can readily use the pen against an assailant or attacker to inflict notice, pain or injury ‒ thwarting an otherwise potentially defenseless act. And, they're just plain great writing instruments as well! As a matter of fact, this tactical pen is a fully functional writing instrument.

The CRKT Elishewitz Tao Titanium Pen uses the Fisher Space Pen ball point cartridge (#PR4 refill), a pressurized design developed for NASA. It has a tungsten carbide ball point and thixotropic ink which will write in freezing cold, boiling heat, underwater and at any angle ‒ even upside down.

The Titanium Pen is 5.312” long, weighs 1.9 oz. and comes in a in deluxe presentation molded nylon storage case.
