GECO previously had the honour of being the official supplier to the IPSC World Championships held in Greece in 2011. Once again all participants were very satisfied with both the ammunition and with the organisation of the event.
GECO also had a stand at the competition, manned by Lars Backes (GECO Technical Service) and Ralf Vanicek (GECO Product Manager). All participating shooters were welcome to come to the stand for help and advice.
In addition, the GECO Test Range provided an opportunity for extensive testing of the tournament ammunition. The speed of the bullets as they were shot by the respective guns was tested here to determinethe IPSC factor.

Jaime Roberto Maia Saldanha Junior (Brazil): 4th place "Overall Standard"
Gyorgy Batki (Hungary): 9th place "Overall Standard" and 7th place in the European rankings
