Walker has been specializing in hearing protection and sound enhancement technology for more than 30 years now. After some teasing, they have announced the official release of the next-gen Suppressor Earbuds featuring app-based control and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, with a 25 dB noise reduction rating (NRR) and exceptional sound quality.
Walker Suppressor Earbuds with Bluetooth 5.3 Low Energy (LE) connectivity

The new earbuds cancel potentially damaging noises but enhance desired environmental sounds. Equipped with four microphones (two per earbud), Walker's Bluetooth-style buds deliver enhanced audio clarity and help users to stay aware of their surroundings and pinpoint the direction of sounds in any environment. The Sound Activated Compression (SAC) immediately protects wearers from loud and sharp noises, such as when shooting on the range or when hunting.

Via the Walker's Link 4.0 app, available for both iOS and Android, users can adjust volume, monitor battery levels, and set auto shut-off times directly from their smartphone or smartwatch.
Walker Suppressor Earbuds can also relay audio from cell phones, tablets, and other devices, with what the manufacturer describes as crystal-clear and top-quality sound – this thanks to full dynamic range HD speakers.

The earbuds offer four selectable frequency modes – Universal, Clear Voice, High Frequency, and Power Boost – which are easy to operate through the app.

Speaking of batteries, the secure, energy-efficient Bluetooth 5.3 Low Energy (LE) connectivity reduce power consumption while avoiding congested channels to minimize interference. Up to 36 hours of total use per charge are claimed with the included charging dock.
Walker Suppressor Earbuds are designed for all-day wear and come with three sizes of locking fins, silicone foam tips, and silicone in-ear tips to enhance overall sound quality and comfort. Manufacturer's recommended price is $149.99.
A variation without Bluetooth connectivity is also available for $99.99.
