Crosman Icon, a bolt-action PCP air rifle designed for hunting

Not just another air gun for having fun in your backyard: Crosman introduces the Icon, a bolt-action pre-charged pneumatic (PCP) air rifle specifically designed for hunting. 

Available in both .177 and .22 caliber, the latest Crosman product is actually “an affordable, entry level hunting rifle”, delivering velocities of up to 1000 FPS (18FPE) in the .177 version and 900 FPS (26FPE) in the .22 version, making it ideal for small game, varmint hunting, and pest control – besides being great starter option for target shooters, too.

The Crosman Icon features are somewhat impressive: in addition to already mentioned performance, it offers a tactical, durable, all-weather synthetic stock, a rifled steel barrel with 1/2 x 20 UNF threaded muzzle, a smooth bolt action, fully adjustable rear sight, 10-shot auto-indexing magazine, and a 2000 psi pressure gauge with up to 30 effective shots per fill. In detail, the ambidextrous synthetic stock is designed to withstand the toughest conditions, regardless of environment and weather. Thanks to the threaded muzzle, you can also mount an aftermarket sound suppressor to the Icon’s rifled steel barrel for “backyard-friendly” firing. The auto-indexing magazine allows for faster follow-up shots, while for better accuracy the Icon comes with adjustable rear and fixed fiber optic front sights, plus an 11 mm dovetail rail for mounting scopes.

The Crosman Icon is available at an MSRP of $299.99 for both .177 and .22 caliber models, backed by a 5-year warranty.
