Ultradot LLC is a US company based in Goleta, a suburb of Santa Barbara, California, specializing in the development and manufacture of red dot sights for around 35 years. The company started out with the UD25B model, which has a long cylindrical housing and is still part of the Ultradot range today thanks to a number of technical and electronic updates. The company owes its reputation – especially in dynamic shooting sports – in no small part to its decision to establish a dedicated shooting team in this segment, which has consistently achieved success at the National Championships and NRA National Matches since 1998. Ultradot promises that its sights can be used for both hand- and long guns of any caliber, as well as bows, crossbows, and airguns. The latest Ultradot product is called Prime XT.
The most important details about the new Ultradot Prime XT red dot sight

The Prime XT reflex sight is a compact red dot sight with RMR footprint. According to the manufacturer, the lens, which is protected by a rugged aluminum housing suitable for use in the field, offers a clear and distortion-free target image and has an extremely long battery life of up to 20,000 hours with a CR 2032 cell. The Prime XT has a 3 MOA dot that can be adjusted to a total of 10 brightness settings (8 levels compatible with daylight and 2 for night vision). Alternatively, a version with a 6 MOA dot is also available. The sight also features a sensor-controlled automatic shut-off with shake-wake function, which instantly reactivates the red dot (which is put into battery-saving standby mode) when the sight is moved. Thanks to a side-load battery compartment, the battery can be replaced without removing the sight, which also eliminates the need to re-zero it. The battery and electronics are water‑resistant to IPX6 rating.
Thanks to the widely used Trijicon RMR footprint, the Ultradot Prime XT can be used with many OR guns, mounts and optic plates.
Ultradot specifies a shock resistance of up to 1,000 G for the Prime XT. Weighing just under 28 g, the red dot sight is particularly recommended for dynamic sport shooters, as well as for use on the airsoft playing field and for hunting and tactical applications.
The scope of delivery includes a rubber protective cover, 2 mounting screws, a T-15 Torx wrench for the battery drawer and a T-6 Torx wrench for the mounting screws, as well as a CR1632 lithium battery.
