SHOT Show 2026:  F.A.I.R. 16-ga Jubilee Prestige Tartaruga Gold over-and-under

The Jubilee Prestige Tartaruga Gold over-and-under is one of the most elegant in the F.A.I.R. range. Available in all gauges with a scaled steel frame, it is particularly appreciated by American and European hunters in 16-gauge for its performance and aesthetics.

Featuring long side plates with gold engravings, the Jubilee Prestige Tartaruga Gold over-and-under is a very traditional-looking over-and-under, also produced in the traditional 16 gauge, which is particularly popular among US hunters and beyond. The 16 gauge, due to its ballistic performance and balanced strength-to-weight ratio, has been attracting a growing following among hunters for several years now. Hunters are fully satisfied with this intermediate gauge, which can replace the larger 12 gauge with less bulk and equal reliability. The overall weight of the gun is around 2.9 kg, but walked-up hunters also appreciate the lighter weight of the cartridges they carry. The Jubilee Prestige Tartaruga Gold is one of the most elegant shotguns in the F.A.I.R. over-and-under line, built with a rugged steel action and scaled to gauge.

The barrels with 70-mm chambers are available in lengths of 68, 71, and 76 cm, complete with a set of interchangeable internal chokes that can also be used with steel ammo. The internal geometry of FAIR's X-Cones barrels features long forcing cones for greater velocity and accuracy at long range, and a chrome lining that prevents lead residue buildup even after prolonged use, ensuring longer gun life and improved performance over time.

The shotgun's locking system relies on a large cross bolt and dual under lug, while the locks are operated by spiral springs and hammers with a double safety system. The trigger  is single selective with gold-plated trigger blade; a double trigger is also available upon request, while case ejection is automatic. The Jubilee Prestige over-and-under features a Prince of Wales buttstock and a Schnabel forend. The wood used is select European walnut, oil finished, with a special fine-pitch laser-cut checkering to ensure a secure and precise grip while hunting.
