The Italian traditional company FAUSTI presented new Bockflins specially for sporting competitions at the trade fair IWA OutdoorClassics 2017: the XF4. The new over/under is a streamlined shotgun with simple lines and a certain touch of elegance, ideal for both young shooters who are just starting out and more experienced shooters.
Fausti XF4 Sport Edition
The sport version of the Fausti XF4 over/under has its own particular engraving and is immediately recognisable, with a gilt clay target laser-cut into the sides of the black box lock round body action.
The FAUSTI XF4 is available in three models: Black, Gold and Platinum. The models differ only in their engraving.
The sport edition is available in 12-gauge, 20-gauge, 28-gauge and .410 bore sizes. Barrels with 70 or 76 mm chambers start at a length of 71 cm, with 73, 76 and 81 cm barrel lengths also available. The top conical rib and side rib are ventilated. Fixed chokes or interchangeable chokes are available on request. The sight is fluorescent red, making it very easy to see. The trigger mechanism is a single selective system and cartridge ejection is automatic. The pistol grip stock is made of oil-finished walnut and can be fully adjusted. The butt plate is made of rubber. The forend is available in a rounded or semi-beavertail version. Both XF4 over/under shotguns are sold by Fausti to the customer in a silver ABS VL 320 case.
