Pardini presented three new products at the SHOT Show. The K12 air pistol has evolved into the New version. It comes with a removable alloy barrel hood that can be fitted with up to 8 counterweights (6 on the Junior version) weighing 5 grams each. The barrel hood weighs 45 grams (or 35 grams for the Junior version) and comes in four colours matching the new pre compressed air cylinders, which is available in 5 different colours, so you can customise your gun in as many as 20 colour variations. The mechanism remains the same.

But the real star of the show was without a doubt the GPR1 compressed air rifle, recently used by Niccolò Campriani to win the Olympic gold medal in the 10 m Air Rifle Event. The rifle was at the Tuscan gunmaker’s booth with Petra Zublasing, who is not only a champion shooter herself; she’s also Niccolò’s fiancée.
For 2017, the winning Pardini rifle is now available in the GPR1 Light version; 500 grams lighter than before. No changes have been made to the time-tested action, which continues to use the ever-popular technical solutions of the past. It’s available in four versions that have already been included in the catalogue: Top, Evo, Pro and Basic, the last of which is supplied without a peep sight, tube sight, sight mount and butt pad.
The GPR16 (16 Joule) version is another new release for 2017, specifically designed for Field Target and Bench Rest shooters. The new model has all the technical and mechanical features of an Olympic target-shooting gun with the only difference being the increased power, and of course the air charge won’t last as long. The GPR16 is also available in the Top, Evo, Pro and Basic versions.
