The new NXP8 is concealable weapon with enhanced capabilities produced by Seekins Precision, the Idaho-based Company whose aggressive-looking products have already appeared in some TV series like “The Punisher” and “The Walking Dead”.
The NXP8 is a Pistol-type AR chambered in the powerful .300 Blackout cartridge that the manufacturer claims to have been ”originally designed at the specific request of a government end-user as a PDW”. Designed to offer a discreet and portable advantage to those seeking a compact weapon with enhanced capabilities, it's precision CNC machined from solid billet aluminum and exceeding the standard military specifications.
The NXP8 comes standard with a match grade, stainless steel -5R precision rifle barrel with a 1:7 twist rate and a Seekins Nest flash hider. The gun is equipped with the newly designed 7” NOXs M-LOK handguard, an adjustable pistol length gas system and ambidextrous controls for ease in operations. Moreover, it sports a SB-Taction PDW pistol stabilizing brace for a better control during shooting.
Seekins Precision NXP8: aluminum lower and upper
The lower and the skeletonized upper receivers are CNC machined from solid 7075-T6 billet aluminum. The NXP8 can be tuned to function in either suppressed or unsuppressed applications while offering exceptional accuracy thanks to the adjustable gas block. Both barrel and gas tube have a melonite finish. Controls are ambidextrous, and the magazine is a 30-round Magpul.
The MSRP for the NXP8 is 1879 USD / 1535 euro (excl. tax) and delivery is expected to begin in February.
