Nighthawk Custom introduces the new Lady Hawk 2.0, a fully customizable 1911 Commander-size pistol, available both in 9 Para and .45 ACP, with very particular aesthetic elements. It's been particularly designed with female shooters in mind. The first major upgrade on the Lady Hawk - one of Nighthawk’s most popular models - the 2.0 model is adorned with stylish colors using modern coating options like DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) and Rose Gold TICN (Titanium CarboNitride) on controls and barrel, while the custom grips are made with obsidian, abalone and zinc. Details and materials not so common to find in modern auto pistols, indeed. Also the slim frame with its thinned front strap and mainspring housing is more suited to smaller lady hands.
Nighthawk Custom Lady Hawk 2.0: fully customizable
Among the most interesting features of the Lady Hawk 2.0, the Commander-sized forged frame (also available with an Officer size frame), the match grade 9 mm barrel (also available in .45 ACP as a no-cost option), Heinie Slant Pro Straight Eight Tritium night sights and Heinie recoil spring plug.
Other nice details are the scalloped front strap and mainspring housing, the serrated slide top, the shortened slide stop and the beveled frame. The barrel is flush with bushing, and the trigger is a lightweight aluminum Nighthawk Custom tri-cavity component. The pistol is completely dehorned for comfortable carry.
