The Inland Manufacturing Company took advantage of the SHOT Show to introduce the M1 “Advisor” large-size semiautomatic pistol – patterned after a popular .30-caliber M1 carbine conversion made by US military advisors during the Vietnam war.
The new Inland M1 “Advisor”, chambered in .30-M1 Carbine, features a 12” barrel with type 2 barrel band, adjustable rear sights, a push-button safety, a round bolt design and a “Low Wood” M1A1 modified walnut stock, lacking the wire metal folding stock to make the “Advisor” a legal pistol in the U.S.
The Inland M1 “Advisor” pistol is sold with a 15-rounds magazine, and uses a 30-rounds magazine catch to allow the use of high-capacity magazines. The conic flash-hider is mounted on a threaded 1/2” x 28 tpi muzzle, allowing the use of any aftermarket accessory.
