SIG’s striker-fired pistol will be the standard service pistol for some select agencies. The gun was selected after a “very demanding, rigorous, and stressful testing protocol.” 

With a 4.25 in match-grade barrel and an overall length of 7.85 in, the newly introduced Supergrade Commander Special pistol is available in three calibers, .45 ACP, 9mm and 38 Super and in all-blued or two tone versions.

From the modular X-Series, the 9mm P320 X-Five is is an extremely solid and well-balanced pistol. The most sportive variant of the P320 family, it's a real competition-ready pistol, as we could check by ourselves during our testing: accuracy is absolute.

We already introduced to our readers the GLOCK 19X, the pistol developed from the model that was presented  for the US military XM17 Modular Handgun System (MHS) competition. Finally we have put it through its paces...

The new 9mm version is ideal for concealed carry. Among its features, the enhanced grip texturing and the new, longer Posi-Wedge slide serrations. The barrel is 3.3 in long.

The magazines manufactured by the Sentry-owned company are compatible with 9mm Gen 3 through Gen 5 G17, G19, G26 and G34 pistols. They stand out for their clear polymer body with a skeletonized stainless-steel core. 

The new limited edition pistol features a distinctive blue line encircling the slide to honor the men and women of law enforcement. The PM9 is a polymer-framed, striker-fired, double action only handgun designed for concealed carry.

FN’s new pistol is based on the gun that was tested by the US Army for the Modular Handgun System trials. It features a 4.5-inch, cold hammer-forged, stainless-steel barrel and can be fed by a capacious 24-round magazine.

Based on the US Army duty pistol, the SIG Sauer P320/P320 Compact alias M17/M18 Modular Handgun System (MHS), here is the fully fledged match pistol, the P320 X-Five, which is available since 2017. We were guests at SIG Sauer USA and took a closer look at the modular pistol there.

The model designation P365 already shows that the newest sub-compact pistol from SIG Sauer was designed for daily, year-round concealed carry. During our visit to the renowned SIG Sauer Academy shooting training school in the US, after a long shooting test we could verify that this fiery little beast is extremely powerful.
