What the Specs Say: the Leica Ultravid HD-Plus Binoculars
The Leica Ultravid HD-Plus binoculars satisfy the highest standards that users could place in binoculars, whether for hunting or nature watching. Rugged yet compact, they are suitable for use in all weather conditions, even up on a perch in heavy rain. The binoculars are fitted with high-quality lenses and SCHOTT HT glasses in the prisms. What’s more, the perfect balance between transmission and contrast ensures natural, lush colors, a clear view and pinpoint detail resolution.

Delivering a high optical performance and intuitive focus, the Leica Ultravid 32 HD-Plus models are particularly compact. The 32-series models are ideal for use in daylight and are available in the ‘Edition Safari’ with 8× or 10× magnification.
The models in the 42 HD-Plus series belong to the most compact binoculars available on the market in their category and are virtually a match for the larger 50-series models. The 42-series models in the special edition with case are available with 8× or 10× magnification.
The binoculars with 8× magnification are real all-rounders. Despite the low magnification, they deliver a razor-sharp, richly detailed image and can be used well into twilight thanks to their good exit pupil diameter. Moreover, the visual field of the 8× magnification models ensures a clear view, especially in woodlands. The 10× magnification shows fine details even at long distances – without becoming excessively weighty.
