Sauer introduces at this edition of the IWA and Outdoor Classics the new S 101 bolt action hunting rifle, aimed to the middle price class of standard repeaters priced at less than 2000 Euros.
The S 101 is available in two models: the “Classic” model, featuring a dark walnut stock (pictured), and the synthetic Classic XT with a polymer stock featuring Soft Touch coating. A set of adjustable open sights fitted on the barrel is optionally available for both. The magazine is a durable synthetic built, double-stack unit holding 5 standard caliber rounds or 4 magnum rounds. The trigger is non adjustable, direct and very crisp set at 950 g; the action is bedded with the patented Ever Rest concept, and the barrel is permanently joined to the action with the companyʼs Heat Lock process.
