SHOT Show 2017 / New from Pedersoli. The Pedersoli catalogue features an unusual recent addition: a replica of the Auto & Burglar rifled-barrel pistol, which was manufactured in the USA at the beginning of the twentieth century.
This is a reproduction of the famous Auto & Burglar gun manufactured by Ithaca in 1920 and originally fitted with 20 and 28-calibre chambers. The original weapon was actually a small calibre double-barrelled shotgun with shortened 10 or 12.5-inch barrels, fitted with a saw handle-style grip.
A replica of the Auto & Burglar rifled-barrel pistol, presented by Pedersoli at SHOT Show 2017.
The version produced by Pedersoli features a 10-inch (256-mm) rifled barrel with 6 grooves and a pitch of 900 mm. The special chamber allows interchangeable use of 45 Long Colt and .410 calibres. Manual and automatic safety extractors on the barrels round off the features of this unusual and fascinating gun, which measures 422 mm in length and weighs 1.8 kilograms. The quality of this model is emphasised by its tortoiseshell action and its stock, made from oil-finished walnut.

A beautiful muzzle-loading revolver that revives, improving it, the Remington 1858 Army in .44 caliber, perhaps the only wheel gun from the American Civil War that was able to compete with Colt's models.
New from Pedersoli: Cook Underhammer pistol. We had already caught a glimpse of it at IWA last year. The pistol is in .36 caliber.

Recently I had the privilege to test the replica of the Sharps Model 1874 produced by Davide Perdersoli. A beautiful, historical rifle that accompanied the epic of the American frontier, it’s a real pleasure to shoot.
During a boar hunt we followed the dog driver in his difficult but exciting task, carrying a Pedersoli Mark II rifle: a gun born for the forest and for close encounters with these wild animals. We actually tested it in the field - enjoy our video!

But the news does not end here: presented for the first time in the USA, the 1886 Sporting Classic lever rifle with round barrel and a new version of the Howdah gun.
From the well-known Italian manufacturer, a beautiful reproduction of an unusual gun born from the collaboration between two celebrated gunsmiths in the early nineteenth-century London. A captivating collector's item, but also an accurate and ergonomically well-designed gun that can be used in muzzle-loading events.
