Dan Wesson Firearms, a brand operated by CZ, introduced two new 1911-style semi-automatic pistols at the SHOT Show in Las Vegas.

The Brune – a long-slide hunting and sport-shooting oriented model – is a single-stack design available in .45 ACP and 10mm-Auto, and sports a 6.3” match-grade barrel, a front fiber-optic sight and a tritium rear sight. The Dan Wesson Brune also features a right-hand only safety, front and rear cocking serrations, and checkered front and backstraps.

The Dan Wesson Discretion was instead specifically designed to be used with sound suppressors; it feeds through 10-rounds 9mm-caliber or 8-rounds .45 ACP magazines, and comes with a threaded 5.75” barrel, a thread protector, tall tritium sights and cut slide. The Dan Wesson Discretion pistol also sports a railed frame.
