For the first time in its history, the Game Fair takes place in Tuscany

A weekend break spent enjoying nature and outdoor entertainment in a stunning location: the 2015 edition of the Game Fair – its twenty-fifth overall, with more than twenty-four thousand visitors expected – is an unmissable opportunity to enjoy the stunning and evocative places that have made the history of Italian hunting.

Not only hunters, but horseriding enthusiasts, dog breeders, falconeers, shooting competitors, fishing enthusiasts, and those simply looking for some good fun, food and wine, will all find dedicated areas and events.

The 2015 Game Fair will place in a 75-hectare area at the Madonnino exhibition grounds in the town of Braccagni, close to Grosseto – a Province lying at the heart of the Tuscan Maremma.

History buffs will find plenty of Etruscan and Roman archaeological sites to visit; nature lovers will find parks and nature reserves where to practice their favourite activities; Grosseto is also near the sea, with the spectacular beaches of Tuscany offering an outstanding chance of having fun, playing sport or simply relaxing.

The latest innovations of the hunting and gun industries merge with Centuries-old traditions in this one-of-a-kind fair!

The Tuscan Maremma is a land of natural wonders and great history, with its coastline, hills, small medieval villages, and the typical products that come from an unspoiled environment and age-old traditions.

The Game Fair is a unique event of its kind, in which sports, shooting and hunting enthusiasts can consolidate their value and respect for nature, with their love for the environment. Culture, fun and nature for all ages.

The new location for Game Fair – Grosseto – was choosen as being "strategically" placed in central Italy, within a 180 km radius of the main cities in Tuscany (Florence), Umbria (Terni, Perugia) and Lazio (Rome).

A packed calendar of entertaining events has been scheduled for the three days of the Game Fair.

Hunters will get to visit more than 160 stands hosting some of the world's major manufacturers and distributors of hunting and sporting guns, accessories and clothing, and will get a chance to more than 160 exhibitors from major brands who make sporting weaponry, accessories and clothing, all of whom will be showcasing this year's latest products dedicated to hunting and outdoors. Visitors will be able to try out the guns on display at the shooting ranges, or to have fun testing themselves in disciplines such as archery and slingshots, and witnessing the exhibitions of top-end shooters that are scheduled to perform at the Game Fair.
Younger shooters will be captivated by the equestrian performances of the the Maremman cowherds – the Italian “cowboys”  – and by the falconeers, modern-day guardians of an ancient and fascinating form of hunting.

As always, however, dog breeders and aficionados will enjoy their good share of space: displays of hunting dogs, sheepdogs and much more are all in schedule!

With som food stands inside the green areas, you will be able to enjoy the products that typify a Country that’s famed for its cuisine across the world. The 2015 Game Fair will be waiting for you to spend a weekend of fun and celebration in a unique, natural atmosphere in Grosseto, from May 30 to June 1 2015.
